▪ Items before order processing: You can cancel your order any time before the orders have been processed.
▪ Items after shipping: Unopened items can be refunded or exchanged for items of an equal or lesser value only if you contact us (see email above) within 10 days of the item being delivered and return the unopened item(s). Returns or exchanges for items that have been opened are not accepted.
